Privacy & Technical Data

  • When a form is submitted, Simply Learn Hub may collect submitted details along with basic technical information such as IP address, approximate location, browser, device, language, screen size, source page and submission time.
  • This information is used for enquiry verification, communication, admission support, corporate hiring coordination, candidate review and security checks.
  • IP/location data is approximate and may change if the user uses VPN, proxy, mobile network or shared office network.

No Placement Guarantee

  • Simply Learn Hub does not sell guaranteed placement promises.
  • We prepare, evaluate, validate and connect capable candidates with relevant client opportunities.
  • Final hiring depends on real capability, assessments, project performance, interview performance, communication, client requirements and employer decision.

No Refund Policy

  • Once payment is completed, the amount is not refundable.
  • Before classes or LMS access start, the paid enrollment may be transferred to another eligible student after approval.
  • After online sessions/classes start, absence or non-attendance does not qualify for refund.
  • After LMS access is activated, the enrollment cannot be transferred to another student.

Attendance & LMS Access

  • Students are responsible for attending scheduled online classes and using provided LMS/resources.
  • Missed classes, delayed attendance or personal schedule conflicts do not create refund eligibility.
  • LMS credentials, recordings, resources and access are personal to the registered learner and should not be shared or transferred after activation.

Payment & Tax Responsibility

  • Program payments should be transferred to the official Indian account or approved Indian payment method shared by Simply Learn Hub.
  • If a student, candidate, employer or sponsor requests payment through a US account or any other country account/payment channel, applicable taxes, bank charges, exchange conversion, international transfer charges and country-specific compliance requirements must be borne by the payer according to local norms.
  • Users should verify any tax, legal or international payment responsibility with their own advisor before making payment.

Course Transfer Rules

  • Transfer to another student is considered only before course sessions begin and before LMS access is activated.
  • Transfer approval depends on eligibility, batch availability, administrative review and written confirmation.
  • No transfer is allowed once LMS access starts, login credentials are issued or learning resources are activated.

Batch Schedule Confirmation

  • Batch days, start dates, timing slots and trainer allocation are subject to minimum student enrollment, student preference, trainer availability and final confirmation.
  • Monday–Thursday batches include 16 live sessions across 4 weeks. Friday–Sunday batches include 12 extended live sessions across 4 weeks.
  • Submitting an enquiry or form does not confirm a seat, start date, batch timing or trainer assignment until the team confirms it.
